FINO: A small lemon with a thin skin. It has a lot of juice and a very intense aroma and flavour. It is
harvested from December to February.
EUREKA: Medium to large lemon with rough, thick skin. Quite juicy and aromatic. It has several
fruiting seasons, allowing for lemons to be grown from December to April.
